We’d rather see your property than guess. Walking it together shows us how people actually use it, where the quiet corners are and what an opportunist would spot first.
There’s no charge and no obligation. You’ll get a written quote to read through when it suits you.
When the property opens and closes, when deliveries come, whether anyone’s around overnight and what has gone wrong before. Even small incidents are worth mentioning; they tell us a lot.
We’ll also ask who should receive the reports and who to call in an emergency.
Doors and gates, reception, stairwells, parking, lighting, fences and any cameras you already have. At industrial sites, we’ll walk the yard and look at where equipment is kept. At campuses, we’ll look at how the buildings link up.
Mention any planned work on the alarm or sprinkler system, since that work often calls for fire watch.
A written quote with what we’d suggest, whether that’s an on-site officer, patrol, camera monitoring or a mix, plus the hours and how you’ll hear from us.
It’s month to month, so it’s easy to start modestly and build up.

View detailsA walkthrough runs at your pace. For a single office suite it’s a short loop; for a campus or an industrial yard, we take the time to see every building and gate. The best guide is whoever knows the property’s daily routine, often a facilities lead, property manager or owner.
If different people look after the building by day and by night, invite both, or let us come back at a second hour. A parking garage at noon tells you very little about how it feels at eleven at night.
As we go, we’re noting how people really enter and leave, which doors get propped open, where lighting falls short, what each camera can and can’t see and where someone waiting would go unnoticed. We’ll ask about vendors, deliveries and contractors too, so gate check-in fits the way they actually arrive.
None of this is a test you can fail. Every property has gaps. The point is to see them clearly so the plan covers the ones that matter most to you.
The written quote lays out the posts, hours, patrol visits or camera coverage we’d recommend, along with how reports will reach you. Read it with your team, mark anything that doesn’t fit and call us with changes. You can begin with a single service, such as overnight patrol, and add an on-site officer after a few weeks of reports.
If something in the quote surprises you, ask about it. Each recommendation ties back to something we saw or heard on the walk, and we’re happy to explain the reasoning line by line.
A few useful answers
Yes. Seeing the property at night shows the lighting, empty lots and quiet entrances the way an opportunist would see them, so we’re glad to come back in the evening.
Yes. We walk the property the same way and write a quote you can lay side by side with your current coverage.
Yes. When your buildings sit close together, we plan one visit that takes in each site and cover them all in a single quote.
